For networks
AI literacy training your members can fund.
If you run a Skillnet network, a Local Enterprise Office programme or a chamber training calendar, this page has what a funding plan needs: the programme outline, what members leave able to do, how it is delivered, who delivers it, and what it costs.
The programme is the same one we sell direct. Every session leaves the member organisation with a dated, signed record of the measure it took under Article 4 of the EU AI Act.
Why offer it to members?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025 to every organisation whose staff use an AI system at work, including AI features inside software they already own. Most of your members are in scope, and many have not yet taken a measure they could show.
This is that measure: a live session calibrated to the tools members actually use, and the record the European Commission's own Q&A says an organisation can keep instead of a certificate. It sits well beside the AI upskilling your members are already asking for, because the session teaches people to use the tools they have, not only to name the law.
What your team does in the room.
The record is what you keep. This is what your staff get.
They leave able to
- Say which of the tools they use are AI systems, and what the Act asks of them as a result.
- Check an AI output before it goes anywhere, and know when not to rely on one.
- Spot when a tool is scoring, ranking or screening a person, and who to tell.
- Use the tools they already have for the work in front of them, inside your policy.
Sessions are built around the tools your people actually have open: live exercises on them, scenarios drawn from attendees' roles, and a pace that keeps everyone working rather than watching.

Rates and funding.
Half day: €2,250ex VAT, flat rate for up to 25 people.
Rates are the published ones, and the longer tiers are quoted after a short scoping call. There is no per-seat price, so a network subsidy applied to the session rate brings the cost per member down with every seat filled.
We invoice the network or the member organisation, whichever your funding model needs, and the record and attendance log are supplied to whoever holds the training file.
Procurement.
Karv Web Education Solutions Ltd (CRO 772778) is registered as a supplier on eTenders. Trainer CVs, a programme outline in your own template and a sample record are available on request.
A worked sample record and sample certificate of attendance are already published, so a committee can see the output before it approves anything.
