Calibration
Why this depth suited these people in this context.
Example Credit Union Ltd deploys AI systems built by others; it does not develop its own. Most staff use general-purpose assistants for drafting and summarising, so the baseline session concentrated on hallucination, confidentiality of member data, and when to escalate. The lending and compliance teams also use decision-support tools that touch on creditworthiness, so those roles received a dedicated segment on human oversight, explaining a decision to a member, and the transparency duties that apply to the member-facing chatbot. A further ninety-minute session for the lending team and credit committee is recommended before the affordability scoring feature is expanded.

Review
When this record should be looked at again, and who owns it.
Recommended review date: 14 April 2027, or sooner if a new AI system is adopted, the affordability scoring feature is expanded, or the Commission publishes further guidance. Owner: Head of Compliance, Example Credit Union Ltd. Follow-up sessions and new-hire attendance are added to this record as dated entries.

Every tier leaves you with this.
The half day, full day and two day workshops all deliver the five elements above. Longer tiers add depth: the inventory mapped to risk, a draft or signed-off acceptable-use policy, an agreed review cadence and a named internal contact.
Know in 20 minutes whether you need this.
A short call to work out whether you are in scope, what your team actually uses, and which tier fits. No slides, no pitch deck.
