Three trainers, one record.
Karv Training delivers Article 4 AI literacy workshops to Irish organisations. We are a training company, not a platform, and every session ends with a record your board can point to.
The firm.
Karv Training is the trading name of Karv Web Education Solutions Ltd, registered in Ireland with its registered office in Limerick. In-person delivery is based in County Louth and covers the whole country. Online delivery runs on registered links so attendance is logged with names and time attended.
We do one thing: the measure Article 4 asks an organisation to take, delivered live and written down. We do not sell e-learning seats, we do not issue certificates of compliance, and we do not score or monitor anyone. The Commission says none of that is required, and we build to what it does say.
Every claim on this site is checked against the Commission's published guidance and the text of the Regulation before it goes up, and the Insights are signed off by the trainers who deliver the workshops.

How the record is produced.
The record is the point of the workshop, so it is built during the session rather than written up afterwards.

Before the session
On the scoping call we list the AI tools in use, split the headcount between people who use AI and people who configure or oversee it, and agree the tier. That inventory becomes section one of the record.

During the session
Attendance is logged as people join. The trainer records what was covered against the Commission's four steps and notes which roles got which depth and why.
- 03
Within five working days
You receive a dated PDF signed by the trainer who delivered the session, with the inventory, the measure, the attendance log, the calibration note and a recommended review date. Each attendee gets a certificate of attendance that points back to the record.

Over time
Follow-up sessions and new-hire catch-ups add dated entries to the same record, so the file your board holds stays current without starting again.
